How to use it
- Open Settings › Connections
- Read the per-site success rate
- Check the build number beside each site
- Update the extension if an older build is the one failing
A site that drops to near zero means the page changed under us. Tell us and we fix the reader.
Missing save button
Check that the extension is enabled and the page is supported, then reload. Social-site layout changes can affect injected controls.
Missing feed content
Check the selected workspace, search text, and label filter. Your saved collection and Market Intel count different things: Market Intel also includes posts your workspace scrolled past with collecting on.
No Research contacts
Contact discovery is a known limitation. Check the job state and the credit ledger rather than assuming a profile includes contact details.
Sign-in and payment
Sign in with Google or email from /app/dashboard. To change plan, open Settings › Plan & credits in the dashboard and press the Upgrade button for the plan you want. To move down a plan or cancel, email support@savethislead.com.

Reading the collection check
Is collection working, under Settings › Connections, shows each site over the last seven days on the newest build seen. Working means 80% of reads or more succeeded, Some misses means 50% or more, and Needs a look means less, with the most common reason beside it. Nothing recorded in the last week means the extension hasn't run on this account, or it's an older build that doesn't report.
When a save doesn't go through
Not saved means the popover was closed before you pressed Save. Sign in from the Save This Lead side panel first means the extension is signed out. A message naming a plan means that site isn't on yours. Could not identify this post means the extension couldn't read that post; reload the page and try again.
When Market Intel is empty
Start collecting Market Intel means collecting is off or the setup isn't finished. Collecting. No companies yet means it's on but nothing has been analysed: save a post, or scroll X, LinkedIn or YouTube with the extension on. The page also says how many posts are waiting to be analysed. Common questions
The Save button disappeared from one site. Why?
Usually the site changed its layout. Refresh the tab, then check that site under Settings › Connections. If it reads Needs a look, tell us and we fix the reader.
Research has been running for a while. Is it stuck?
It retries on its own, up to three times. If it can't finish, the credit is refunded automatically.
Why does the side panel look older than the dashboard?
The web dashboard updates itself, but an unpacked extension doesn't. Download the new ZIP and reload the extension (see Install the extension).
