How to use it

What makes it custom
The company feed is curated through the posts your workspace collects. Search and label filters help narrow it to useful news, creator content, or insights. It is not an automatic subscription to every company's social accounts.
Read posts with context
The feed presents author, platform, available media, labels, and saved-by attribution. A video source may open on its original platform rather than playing inside the feed.
Filtering the Feed
Search the feed by company or keyword, then narrow it with Everything, News or Insights (short for the Fact & Content & Insights label). Clear feed filters puts everything back. Cards come newest first. Each one shows its label, who saved it and the original post, and Show saved context opens the insight and notes kept with it.
Prototype behavior
The website tour has searchable, category-filtered fictional posts and a copyable sample brief. These interactions do not write to the demo database. Your real Feed is in the dashboard, and it reads only your workspace's saves.
Feed or My Dashboard?
Both read the same saves. The Feed is for reading: one card per save, with the post text and pictures. My Dashboard is the table for sorting, filtering by platform or content type, labelling many rows at once and exporting a CSV. Use the Feed to keep up, and the table when you're working through a list.
Reading settings
Two settings under Settings › Appearance › Reading & media change how cards look. Feed detail opens each card as Headlines only, Standard context or Full context. Feed images can load previews, wait until you ask, or stay hidden. A long post still gets a Read full post button.
Common questions
Does the Feed show other customers' saves?
No. It's built only from what people in your workspace saved. Nobody else's saves appear in it, and yours never appear in theirs.
Can teammates see my notes?
On Business, yes. Everyone in the workspace reads the same Feed, and each card says who saved it. See Teams and data boundaries.
Can I edit a teammate's save?
No. Only the person who saved a post can change its label or note, and the edit box tells you who that is.
Why don't images show on some cards?
Check Feed images under Settings › Appearance. Some posts have no picture to keep, and a video may open on its original platform instead of playing in the Feed.
