How to use it
- Connect Odoo in Settings › Connections
- In Market Intel, press + Odoo on a company and confirm
- The button turns into the Odoo lead number
- For a spreadsheet instead, filter My Dashboard and press Export CSV
The export matches what is on screen, filters and all, not the whole table. If a push fails, the reason is shown and + Odoo comes back so you can try again.
CSV export
Included on Solo, Power, and Business. Use it to move records into reporting or compatible import workflows.
Odoo push
Available on Power and Business. Only the leads you choose are sent. Sync is one-way, into Odoo.
Credential handling
Your Odoo API key is stored in your browser, not on our servers. Disconnect it any time from Settings, or revoke it in Odoo.
Connecting Odoo
In the dashboard, open Settings › Connections and fill in your Odoo address, the database name, your Odoo login and your own Odoo API key, then press Test & save connection. Use your own key rather than a shared one: the leads you push are then created by you and assigned to you.
What a push creates
An opportunity named after the company. Its description carries the industry, the company type, the signal and a link to the original post, and a Data enrich to-do is added, due the next day. You confirm before anything is sent. In the side panel, + Odoo appears on cards labelled Leads. The Odoo column and filters only show in a browser where Odoo is connected.
What the CSV contains
One row per save, with Company, Website, Industry, What happened, Label, Your note, Saved, Author, Platform, Post and Post text. The file opens in Excel with accented names intact, and a cell that starts like a formula is prefixed so it can't run when you open the file. Market Intel has its own Export, with the logs behind each company.
Common questions
Does Odoo sync back into Save This Lead?
No. Sync is one-way, into Odoo. The row shows the Odoo lead number so you can open it there.
Can I push a News or Insights save from the side panel?
No. In the side panel only cards labelled Leads get + Odoo, so research doesn't end up in your pipeline.
Which plans include CSV and Odoo?
CSV export is on Solo, Power and Business. Odoo push is on Power and Business. Details on the pricing page.
Is there a HubSpot or Salesforce connection?
Not a direct one. Export a CSV and import it there.
