Documentation Where you can save

How to save leads from Event pages

Whoever hosts or sponsors an event has a budget and a reason to meet people. Save the event from Luma, Eventbrite or Meetup and file it under that company. Included on Power and higher.

How to use it

  1. Open one event page
  2. Press Save beside the title
  3. Confirm the organiser, or change it to a sponsor or speaker's company

The company lands in Saved leads within a second.

What to save on Event pages

The organiser is the default, but sponsors and speakers are often better leads. Change the company when you confirm the save. An event next month also gives you a date to write before.

Where the Save button appears

A Save button beside the event's title on a Luma, Eventbrite or Meetup event page.

What gets saved

The event's name, the description the page gives, the organiser, the link and the cover image.

What is never saved

The guest list, attendee names and anything behind registration. Search and city listing pages get no button.

How not to use it

Save every event in a city. Save the one a company you want to reach is hosting or sponsoring.

Common questions

Which plan do I need for event pages?

Power or higher. The Free plan covers X, YouTube and Instagram only.

Does it post or act on my accounts?

No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.

Where do saves from event pages go?

Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.

What if the Save button doesn't appear on event pages?

Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If a site has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
