1. The agreement

These terms are between you (or the company you work for) and Aman Chauhan, trading as Next In Marketing, A-307, KP Epitome, Makarba, Ahmedabad 380051, Gujarat, India. Using Save This Lead means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

2. What we provide

Save This Lead is a browser extension and a web dashboard that let you save public posts, turn them into company records, and browse a shared pool of analysed posts, according to the plan you are on.

We do not promise the analysis is correct. It is produced by an automated model and it will sometimes be wrong about a company name, a website or an industry. Check anything you are about to act on commercially.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your login secure.
• One account per person. Seats are per person, not shared logins.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for your teammates' use of a workspace you own.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Save This Lead in a way that breaks the terms of X, YouTube, or any other platform.
• Try to reach another customer's workspace, or probe, scan or interfere with our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide Save This Lead as a service to third parties without a written agreement with us.
• Use the data to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful.
• Automate the extension beyond its intended use, or run it against accounts you do not have the right to view.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of this. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.

5. Your data and your content

Your notes, labels and saved lists are yours. We do not claim ownership and do not use them to train models. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it, and show it back to you and your teammates.

Public posts we analyse are third-party content. We hold a copy to operate the service; we do not claim to own it and we do not grant you rights over it.

6. Plans, payment and changes

• Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider.
• Prices are shown before you confirm, including any tax.
• If we raise the price of your plan we will give you 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
• Failed payment: we retry and email you. If it stays unpaid your workspace drops to the free plan. We do not delete your data for non-payment.
• Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Save This Lead available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure on self-serve plans, and we would rather say so than publish one we cannot stand behind. Business customers can agree specific terms with us in writing.

Enrichment runs on a schedule, not instantly. A post you save may take some hours to become a company record.

8. Ending it

You: cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Export your data before you go, or ask us and we will send it.

Us: we may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach section 4. If we shut the service down entirely we will give you at least 60 days and a way to export everything.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise: Save This Lead is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

We are specifically not liable for commercial decisions you make on the strength of an automated classification. Section 2 says why.

10. Third-party platforms

Save This Lead works inside websites we do not control. Those platforms can change their interfaces or their terms at any time, which may break features or force us to remove them. That is a risk of the category, not a failure of this agreement.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.

12. Changes to these terms

We will email you before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Save This Lead afterwards means you accept the new version.
