Make your collection meaningful before you need it again.
How to use it
- Press the pencil on a saved row
- Set a label: lead, news, or insight
- Tick several rows to label them in one go
- Write the remark you would want to read in a month
Labels drive the Feed filters, so filing is what makes the feed readable later.
Labels describe the purpose
Use categories such as Leads, News, Creators, and Fact & Content & Insights. You manage the list itself in Settings › Filing.
The company comes from the post
The Brands row in the save popover suggests names it found in the post. The company a save is filed under is worked out from the post itself once it's been analysed, along with the website and industry, so you don't type it. Your own context goes in the label and the remark, where it stays separate from that generated classification.
Research is not outreach
Keep useful research in the feed. Review and qualify a lead before moving it into a sales workflow or pushing it to Odoo.
Managing labels
Settings › Filing lists your labels. Type a name and press Add to create one, or use the + in the save popover while you're saving. Click a label's dot to change its colour. Removing a label doesn't touch past saves: they keep the name.
Why the Leads label matters
Only saves labelled Leads can go to Odoo. In the side panel, a Lead gets a + Odoo button once Odoo is connected, and any other label shows → Research Feed instead. If a lead was filed as News by mistake, change the label and it can be pushed. See Exports and Odoo.
Labelling many at once
In My Dashboard, tick the rows you want (or press x on a focused row), then choose Apply a label… from the bar that appears. That bar also has Delete, which states how many rows it will remove and asks before it does.
Common questions
What happens to saves when I remove a label?
They keep the label name. Removing it only takes it out of the list you pick from.
Can I change a label after saving?
Yes. Use the pencil on the row in My Dashboard or the Feed, or click the label on a card in the side panel.
Can I relabel a teammate's save?
No. In the dashboard, only the person who saved a post can change its label or remark.
Which label sends a save to Odoo?
Leads. News, Creators and insights stay in the Feed.
