Documentation Where you can save

How to save leads from Job posts

A job post is a company telling you what it's about to spend on. Save the post from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Indeed or Wellfound and the hiring company goes into your list with the role. Included on Power and higher.

How to use it

  1. Open a single job post
  2. Press Save job
  3. Confirm the hiring company

The company lands in Saved leads within a second.

What to save on Job posts

Read the role as a signal. A company hiring its first marketer may want an agency in the meantime. One hiring five sales reps will need tools and data for them. Save the single post that shows the need, and use the role in your first line.

Where the Save button appears

A Save job button beside or just under the job title, on a job page on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Indeed or Wellfound.

What gets saved

The role, the company, the post link and the first 700 characters of the description.

What is never saved

Salary tools, applicant data and the apply form. Nothing is submitted.

How not to use it

Save job search lists. The button only appears on a single job post.

Common questions

Which plan do I need for job posts?

Power or higher. The Free plan covers X, YouTube and Instagram only.

Does it post or act on my accounts?

No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.

Where do saves from job posts go?

Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.

What if the Save button doesn't appear on job posts?

Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If a site has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
