How to save leads from Outlook, Yahoo, Proton and other webmail

The Save sender button from Gmail is also built for Outlook on the web, Yahoo Mail, Proton Mail and six other inboxes. Included on Power and higher.

How to use it

  1. Open one email
  2. Press Save sender beside the subject
  3. Confirm the sender's company

The company lands in Saved leads within a second.

What to save on Outlook, Yahoo, Proton and other webmail

Use it the way you would in Gmail: open the email from a company you want to track and save the sender. The body of the email stays in your inbox.

Where the Save button appears

A Save sender button beside the subject of an open email in Outlook on the web, Yahoo Mail, Proton Mail, Zoho Mail, Fastmail, HEY, AOL Mail, Superhuman or Front. Built from each site's published layout and not yet confirmed in a signed-in inbox; if the button is missing, right-click the page and choose Save This Lead.

What gets saved

The sender's name and address, the subject, the other addresses named in the email's header, and the sender's company website when the address is not a free mail provider. Private to your workspace.

What is never saved

The body of the email, attachments, other recipients, and every email you have not opened and pressed Save on.

How not to use it

Save personal mail. Only the sender and subject are kept, but your whole workspace can see them.

Common questions

Which plan do I need for outlook, Yahoo, Proton and other webmail?

Power or higher. The Free plan covers X, YouTube and Instagram only.

Does it post or act on my accounts?

No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.

Where do saves from outlook, Yahoo, Proton and other webmail go?

Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.

What if the Save button doesn't appear on outlook, Yahoo, Proton and other webmail?

Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If a site has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
