From posts to companies
Background classification identifies companies and relevant updates. Market Intel groups evidence and ranks opportunities, including companies you did not manually select for a workup.
Your workspace's own list
Market Intel is built only from posts someone in your workspace saved or scrolled past with collecting switched on. Another customer's browsing never appears in it. On Business, teammates in the same workspace share one list.
Companies, logs, and credits
Plans cap company access and logs per company. This discovery does not spend Research credits. A Research workup is a separate, user-requested research action.
Refresh expectations
Companies are enriched in a sweep that runs twice a day, so new companies can take a few hours to appear.
Switching it on
Open Settings › Market Intel, switch Collecting on and answer the short setup: what you sell, the industries you sell to, your own industry if it isn't listed, and what to watch for. Then press Save and start collecting. Until you do, the page says Start collecting Market Intel. Once collecting is on but nothing has been analysed yet, it says Collecting. No companies yet.
Reading a row
Each row is one company. Columns chooses which details show, up to six, from Type, Industry, Website, Signal, Sightings, Last seen, Added by, Score and Research, plus Odoo once it's connected. The arrow at the start of a row opens its recorded updates (funding, product launches, feature updates), each marked saved or auto with a link to the post. The clock beside the name opens the company's full history in order.
When your plan's list is full
Market Intel companies: Free 20 a month, Solo 50 a month, Power 100 a month and Business unlimited. Logs kept per company: Free 3, Solo 10, Power 30 and Business unlimited. On a capped plan the list shows the top companies and says how many more are already gathered, with the next few names shown but locked.
Exporting and alerts
Export hands you every log behind the companies in view: Copy all logs, Download text (.md) or Download spreadsheet (.csv). It's on Solo, Power and Business. To hear about new companies that match your filters, press Save as radar; matches arrive on On Radar.
Common questions
Can other customers see my Market Intel?
No. It's built only from posts someone in your workspace saved or scrolled past with collecting on. Another customer's browsing never appears in it, and yours never appears in theirs.
Does Market Intel spend Research credits?
No. Credits are spent only when you press Research on a company. See Research company profiles and credits.
Why is a company I saved missing?
Most often it hasn't been analysed yet, and the page shows how many posts are waiting. On a capped plan it may also sit beyond your plan's share of the list.
How is the list sorted?
By score, highest first. Click a column header to sort by that column instead. What the score means explains the number.
