What to save on Sales Navigator
Run your search as usual and save only the rows you'll contact this week. Each save keeps the Sales Navigator link, so you can open the lead again from your list. It doesn't export a whole search and it doesn't find emails. If you need verified emails for hundreds of rows, an export tool is the better fit.
Where the Save button appears
Beside each name in lead and account search results, and beside the name on a lead or account page.
What gets saved
The person's name, title, company and location as the result row shows them, and the Sales Navigator link.
What is never saved
Emails and phone numbers, InMail and notes.
How not to use it
Bulk-save a whole search page. Save the accounts you will actually work this week.

Does it post or act on my Sales Navigator account?
No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.
Where do saves from Sales Navigator go?
Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.
What if the Save button doesn't appear on Sales Navigator?
Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If Sales Navigator has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
