Cookies and local storage
Last updated 7 September 2026
We do not ask for cookie consent, because there is nothing to consent to. Save This Lead sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. The only things we store are the ones without which you could not stay signed in — and those are exempt from consent requirements precisely because they are strictly necessary.
What is stored
| What | Where | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session token | Extension storage / your browser | Keeps you signed in. Without it you would re-enter your password on every action | Until you sign out |
| Refresh token | Extension storage / your browser | Renews the session token, which expires hourly | Until you sign out |
| Appearance choice | Your browser | Remembers your theme so the interface does not flip on every load | Until cleared |
All three live in your own browser. None is sent to a third party, and none is used to track you across sites.
What we deliberately do not use
- No Google Analytics or any other analytics script on this website.
- No advertising or remarketing pixels.
- No session recording or heatmaps.
- No third-party embeds that could set cookies of their own.
The only external request this website makes is for the typefaces, served by Google Fonts. That is a font file, not a tracker, and it sets no cookie.
Product usage records
Inside the product we record sign-ins and page opens so that a workspace's own owner can see how their team is using their seats. That is stored in our database, not in a cookie, it is visible only to that workspace's owners and admins, and it is deleted after 90 days. See the privacy policy.
Clearing them
Signing out removes the session and refresh tokens. Removing the extension from Chrome removes everything it stored. Your browser's settings can clear site data for this website at any time.
