How to save leads from Instagram
Consumer brands launch, hire and run campaigns on Instagram before they say anything elsewhere. Save the post or Reel and the brand lands in your list with the caption. Included on every plan, including Free.
How to use it
- Open a post or Reel in the feed or on its own page
- Press Save in the icon row
- Confirm the brand and pick a label
The company lands in Saved leads within a second.
What to save on Instagram
Save posts that show a brand doing something new: a product drop, a store opening, a paid partnership with a creator. For a sponsored Reel, file the save under the brand that paid for it, since that's the company with the budget.
Where the Save button appears
In the icon row under a post or Reel, beside Like, Comment and Share. When Instagram hides that row, the button sits in the post's top corner.
What gets saved
The caption, the image description Instagram provides, the account name and link, the images, and whether it is a video.
What is never saved
Stories, DMs, comments and like counts.
How not to use it
Confuse it with Instagram's own bookmark icon. Ours says Save and sends the post to your lead list, not to your Instagram collection.
Which plans include it
Instagram is included on Free (free, 50 saves a month), Solo ($19 a month, unlimited saves), Power ($39 a month, unlimited saves) and Business ($99 a month, unlimited saves). No card is needed for Free. Full details are on the pricing page.

Common questions
Is saving from Instagram free?
Yes. Instagram is on every plan, including Free, which allows 50 saves a month with no time limit and no card.
Does it post or act on my Instagram account?
No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.
Where do saves from Instagram go?
Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.
What if the Save button doesn't appear on Instagram?
Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If Instagram has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
