Documentation Where you can save

How to save leads from LinkedIn

LinkedIn is where a founder announces the raise, the new hire or the launch. Save the post and you keep the company together with the reason to write to them. Included on Solo and higher.

How to use it

  1. Open your LinkedIn feed or a company page
  2. Press Save under the post
  3. Confirm the company

The company lands in Saved leads within a second.

What to save on LinkedIn

The posts worth saving are the ones that tell you something changed: a funding announcement, a founder saying they're hiring, a product launch, a new office. A post like that gives you an opening line that a cold list never will. Skip the motivational posts and the reshares with no news in them.

Where the Save button appears

In the social action row under a feed post (Like, Comment, Repost, Send). If LinkedIn changes that row, the button moves to the post's top corner.

What gets saved

The post text, the author's name and their /in/ or /company/ link, and the post link.

What is never saved

Messages, comments, reactions, and anyone's contact details. LinkedIn profiles are not scraped.

How not to use it

Expect it on Sales Navigator search results; those use the Sales Navigator button, which is on Power.

Which plans include it

LinkedIn is included on Solo ($19 a month, unlimited saves), Power ($39 a month, unlimited saves) and Business ($99 a month, unlimited saves). Free covers X, YouTube and Instagram. Full details are on the pricing page.

Common questions

Which plan do I need for LinkedIn?

Solo or higher. The Free plan covers X, YouTube and Instagram only.

Does it post or act on my LinkedIn account?

No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.

Where do saves from LinkedIn go?

Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.

What if the Save button doesn't appear on LinkedIn?

Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If LinkedIn has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
