Ideal customer profile

Tell the product what relevance means for your business.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings › Radar AI
  2. Set the industries and company types you sell to
  3. Save, then reopen Market Intel
  4. Click a score and read the Fits what you sell to row

Until you tick industries, every company with a known industry gets the full 15 fit points, so fit does not separate anyone.

What you sell

Describe your offer so company research has the right business context.

Who you want to reach

The customer source supports target industries, company sizes, roles, and regions. These inputs are intended to guide company relevance and selected research.

Evidence before outreach

A fit score is a prioritization aid, not a verified buying decision. Check original posts and company sources before acting. Role targeting does not imply reliable contact discovery.

The fields, one at a time

What do you sell? is one line, used when you press Research to decide which person at a company is worth finding. Industries you target sets the fit part of the score; leave every box unticked to see everything. Your industry, in a few words covers a market that isn't on the list, such as dental clinics, and it's added to your watch terms. Roles you want to reach takes your own titles: type one and press Enter. Company sizes and Regions are kept with the same profile.

Two forms, one profile

Settings › Market Intel asks two of the same questions when you set up collecting: What do you sell? and Industries you sell to. Both forms save to the same profile, so a change in one shows up in the other.

What fit does to the score

Fit is worth 15 of the 100 points. A company whose industry is on your list gets all 15, and one that isn't gets none. Say you tick two industries: a company in one of them that raised last week sits 15 points above a company outside them with the same news. What the score means covers the other 85 points.

Common questions

What if my industry isn't on the list?

Describe it under Your industry, in a few words, the way people write it in a post. It's saved with your profile and added to your watch terms.

Does changing my industries rescore old companies?

Yes. Fit is worked out each time Market Intel loads, so the list reorders the next time you open it.

Will picking a role get me that person's email?

Not reliably. Roles guide who Research looks for, but contact discovery often finds no usable person, and then the credit is refunded. See Finding a contact.

What happens if I tick no industries?

Every company with a known industry gets the full fit points, so the list is ranked on the other three parts of the score.
