Good to know.
Do I need a credit card to explore the product?
No. The Free plan does not require a credit card or subscription. You can save posts and browse your team's feed with zero commitment.
Does it work with Salesforce or HubSpot?
Not directly. Power and Business push leads straight into Odoo. Solo and above export to CSV, which Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel and Google Sheets can all import.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: no card and no time limit. It includes 50 saves a month, 2 watched keywords and 5 Research credits.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Details are in the refund policy.
What happens if a Research workup finds no contacts?
The credit is refunded to your workspace automatically.
Does the extension act on my social accounts?
No. It reads posts on pages you have open and never likes, posts, comments, follows or sends messages. It never asks for your social passwords.
What is included in Business?
Three included users, unlimited watched keywords and Market Intel companies, and 100 shared monthly Research credits. See the detailed comparison above for additional-seat pricing.
Is annual billing available?
Not yet. Plans are monthly with no lock-in.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Your collection and existing saves are always safe. You will be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier or buy a credit top-up pack when needed.
