How to save leads from Gmail
Some of your best leads are already in your inbox: the vendor who pitched you, the founder who replied once. Save the sender and their company goes into your list. Included on Power and higher.
How to use it
- Open an email from a company
- Press Save sender
The company lands in Saved leads within a second.
What to save on Gmail
Save a sender when you want to follow up later and don't want the thread to sink. On an email you sent, the person you wrote to is saved, so it works for tracking your own outreach too. Only the sender and subject are kept.
Where the Save button appears
A Save sender button on the subject line of an open email thread.
What gets saved
The sender's name and address, their company domain (not for Gmail, Outlook or other free mail), the subject line, and the other addresses on the email. On an email you sent, the person you wrote to is saved instead of you.
What is never saved
The message body and attachments. They never leave your inbox.
How not to use it
Save newsletters you only read. Save a sender you want to sell to or track.
Which plans include it
Gmail is included on Power ($39 a month, unlimited saves) and Business ($99 a month, unlimited saves). Free covers X, YouTube and Instagram. Full details are on the pricing page.

Common questions
Which plan do I need for Gmail?
Power or higher. The Free plan covers X, YouTube and Instagram only.
Does it post or act on my Gmail account?
No. It never posts, likes, follows or messages from your accounts, and it never opens tabs or browses on its own. It reads a page when you click Save.
Where do saves from Gmail go?
Into Saved leads in your dashboard and in the side panel, filed under the company you confirm. They appear within a second.
What if the Save button doesn't appear on Gmail?
Check that the extension is enabled and that you're on a supported page, then reload it. If Gmail has changed its layout, the button can go missing until we update the reader. Troubleshooting shows how to check each site's recent success rate.
