Documentation Where you can save

What gets saved

Every save records where it came from and what kind of thing it is.

The kinds of save

Tweet (X). Post (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Video, Short or Reel (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Thread (Reddit). News article (publishers). Ad (ad libraries). Article (Substack and other article sites). Repository, model or package (GitHub, Hugging Face and other developer platforms). Prompt, effect, model or tool (Higgsfield, Replicate, PromptHero and other AI libraries). Company (Product Hunt, G2, Crunchbase and the other launch and review sites). Event (Luma, Eventbrite, Meetup: the organiser). Podcast (Apple Podcasts, Spotify). Project or template (Replit, v0). Job (job boards). Place (Google Maps). Profile (Sales Navigator). Email (Gmail and other webmail: sender, subject and the addresses on the email, never the body). Answer (AI chats: one answer and its question, never the whole chat). Page, selection or link (any other page, by right-click).

What every save keeps

The text on screen (up to 4,000 characters), who wrote it, the link back, images where the site shows them, your label, and your note. From that, the company name, website and industry are worked out for you.

Shared and private

A save from a public page (a post, video, article, company page, job or place) is stored once even when several workspaces saw it, but it only appears in the Market Intel of a workspace whose own people saved it or scrolled past it. Other workspaces get only a count of how many saved it, for the score. Saves from your inbox, your AI chats, Sales Navigator and right-clicked pages are private: only your workspace sees them, and they never reach another customer's Market Intel.

What is never saved

Passwords, payment details, email bodies, direct messages, or anything on a page you did not press Save on. Radar AI reads public posts you scroll past, never your inbox or your AI chats.

Which plan covers which kind

Free covers X, YouTube, Instagram. Solo adds LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, 18 creator, community and podcast sites, 6 article sites (Substack, Medium…) and 45 news publishers. Power adds Sales Navigator, job boards, Google Maps, Crunchbase, Gmail and other webmail, event pages, 50 launch and review sites, 6 developer platforms, 13 AI libraries and builders, any web page and AI chats. Business has everything in Power, for the whole team. The sources page lists every site.

Finding saves by kind

In My Dashboard, the content type filter narrows the table to one kind, and the Content type column shows it on every row. The platform filter does the same by site.

A few kinds carry more

You never type the company: it's worked out from what was on the page. Some kinds keep extra detail. A job post keeps the role, a Google Maps place keeps the phone number and website, and a Sales Navigator row keeps the person's name and title.

Common questions

Does it keep a copy of the whole page?

No. It keeps up to 4,000 characters of the text on screen plus the link back. It saves a lead, not an archive of the page.

Is the body of an email saved?

No. From Gmail and other webmail it keeps the sender, the subject and the addresses on the email, never the body.

Are my private saves used in anyone else's results?

No. Inbox, AI chat, Sales Navigator and right-click saves stay in your workspace and never reach another customer's Market Intel.

Does Radar read my inbox or AI chats?

No. Radar AI only reads public posts you scroll past.
